The Morrill Memorial Library is the free public lending library of the town of Norwood, Massachusetts. Within its walls borrowers can access over 93,300 physical items including books, DVDs, audiobooks and objects including games, tools and electronics. The library also hosts extensive collections of downloadable e-books and audiobooks, streaming video and music, and online databases. Every year hundreds of programs take place in the library including lectures, concerts, and children’s storytimes.

The Morrill Memorial Library is a member of the Minuteman Library Network, a consortium of over 40 libraries serving the communities of Metrowest Massachusetts. The network collectively owns nearly 5.5 million items and a single library card allows access to all of the partner libraries.

The Morrill Memorial Library boasts a rich history dating back to 1790.  George H. Morrill and his wife Louisa donated the building itself, completed in 1896, in memory of their daughter, Sarah Bond Morrill, who died of typhoid in 1895. The Romanesque-style granite building featuring stained glass windows and elegant mahogany woodwork and furnishings was modernized and expanded over the years and retains its original splendor.
