Join fitness instructor Eileen Smith at any or all of her gentle fitness workshops, being offered on Friday, May 12, May 19, and May 26. These workshops will be 45 minutes of low-impact exercise that targets all the major muscle groups. In this complete head-to-toe workout to music, Eileen will lead you in easy-to-do exercises, both while standing and using a chair, that can also be done at home. The class is open to all ages and fitness levels. Rubber-soled shoes or sneakers are recommended, and you may bring a water bottle if you like. Eileen has been teaching fitness for over 20 years and promises to make this class fun.
