The Morrill Memorial Library’s newest book group for adults, organized by a team of library staff members, continues in February. Turn the Page Book Group meets on the third Wednesday of every month, except January, at 10:00 am and again at 7:00 pm. Our next meeting will on February 21, when we’ll be discussing “Running the Rift” by Naomi Benaron. The dreams of a hopeful Olympic runner are tested as violence unfolds in Rwanda, in this winner of the Bellwether Prize for Fiction. We’ll be joined by Guest Speaker, Charlotte Walsh, owner of Charles River Running in Norwood.

Copies of the book in a variety of formats will be available to pick up at the Circulation Desk, and the ebook and audiobook versions is also available instantly on hoopla digital. The February meeting of Turn the Page will be led by Liz Reed, Adult Services Librarian, and Kate Tigue, Youth Services Librarian. Turn the Page is free and open to all adults, and light refreshments will be served. We will meet in the library’s Simoni Room.

Registration is appreciated. To sign up for Turn the Page Book Group, call 781-769-0200 x110, fill out the form below, or visit the library’s Reference or Information desk. If you have any questions, please call April Cushing and Liz Reed at the number above.
