Holiday Costume Workshop with Sewstainability @ Morrill Memorial Library, Simoni Room | Norwood | Massachusetts | United States

Stop by the Morrill Memorial Library any time on Sunday, October 15 from 2-5 p.m. for a fun, free workshop on making Halloween costume accessories. Volunteers from the organization Sewstainability will show you how to make your own non-toxic make-up, attach ears on a cat, and put the tail on a dinosaur, for starters. Adornments for ballerinas, wizards, and fairies, among others, will be covered as well.

This event is open to all; advance registration is not required. Stay as long as you like to learn whatever interests you, and enjoy some laughs and refreshments before heading home to design your own creations. Feel free to bring in any costumes you’ve made to show and tell, or just share your costume ideas with others. It’s a party!
