“The Conscientious Objector” is the award-winning documentary that inspired the 2016 Oscar-nominated film “Hacksaw Ridge.”  This moving film recounts the true story of Army Infantry Corporal Desmond Doss, a World War II medic who earned the Congressional Medal of Honor for saving over 75 lives in Okinawa while refusing to carry a gun or take a human life.
