Turn the Page Book Group: "Nora Webster" @ Morrill Memorial Library, Simoni Room | Norwood | Massachusetts | United States

The Morrill Memorial Library’s monthly Turn the Page Book Group will meet on Wednesday, December 19 at 10 am and at 7 pm to Colm Toibin’s award-winning novel, “Nora Webster.” Patty Bailey and guest host Kate Tigue will lead the discussion of this character-driven literary fiction set in Ireland.  Widowed at forty, with four children and not enough money, Nora has lost the love of her life, Maurice, the man who rescued her from the stifling world to which she was born. And now she fears she may be drawn back into it, even as she’s drowning in her own sorrow and blind to the suffering of her young sons.
